Dial A Nerd Certificate Install

To download the Dial A Nerd CA certificate please click here

Please install the above certificate onto your computer(s) you use for accessing various Hosted Dial A Nerd services.

The certificate is used to inform your PC that you are accessing a trusted server over an encrypted connection.

Mac OS X

To Install on Mac please download and place the “Dial A Nerd CA.cer” file onto your Mac’s Hard Drive under a folder called “certs”

Click on Go then select utilities

Find Terminal and double click to open

Paste in the command  sudo security add-trusted-cert -d -r trustRoot -k "/Library/Keychains/System.keychain" "/certs/Dial A Nerd CA.cer"

Windows

To Install on Windows simply double click the file and click Install Certificate

When prompted for Store Location select Local Machine and click next

Click “place all certificates in the following store” and click browse.

Select Trusted Root Certification Authorities and click ok, next then finish
